Minette Riordan, Ph.D., CCP is the owner of Scissortail Publishing, LLC. For the past 6 years she has successfully produced several publications that specifically target parents in general and moms specifically. During that time, she has become an expert in all facets of creating and building a small business. Marketing is her favorite piece of the business plan. Her expertise is in using demographics to build your business, the power of networking and how to market to moms. As a former teacher at the high school and university levels, she understands the power of education for all ages. She is passionate about helping parents to enrich their relationships with their children by learning to communicate and connect more effectively. She is a wife and the mother of two beautiful young children, aged 6 and 8. She enjoys reading, writing, spending time in nature, volunteering at her children's school and the many interesting people she meets doing business in North Texas.
