The following modules on coaching skills cover the coaching philosophy, coaching roles, coaching skills, and ethics. The document titled ICF Ethics & Competencies is from the International Coach Federation and defines the terms and coaching steps. Like other life coaching programs, ACPI’s coaching model is based on the ICF skills set, as one of Dr. Goode’s mentors for in ACPI’s setup was an ICF board member. The skills sets are primarily goal focused, and Dr. Goode includes the HeartWise® brand of coaching techniques to honor each person’s process, story, or journey on the way to their goals.
